We will survey your roof problem, and this is what it involves:
We gain access to the roof and take measurements of the area.
We take notes and pictures of your roof. Pictures give you a clear idea of what needs to be done, and help to outline all aspects of the job. (Many of my customers have never before seen their roof as access is difficult).
We discuss your existing roof type, whether or not the roof needs to be stripped first and, if so, what would be involved.
We may need to discuss insulation with regard to Building Regulations part L.
We discuss the various flat roofing systems available on the market, and can advise you on what is best for your roof.
By the end of the site survey we can give you an exact price for a new roof, and any additional works such as guttering, soffit and guttering boards.
We fill out a quotation form and take a copy, leaving the original with you. All photos taken and the quotation are uploaded to a secure area on the internet, and you will be emailed a link to them for your easy access.
If your property is commercial or you are involved in property management, internet access to your quote and pictures facilitates discussion with your colleagues within the management company.
