This box gutter was dressed in Kemper a liquid roofing product, we chose not to use EPDM rubber because of the immense detail involved, the virtues of EPDM are lost once you start to cut it up to dress around outlets and up-stands.
Kemper is laid wet and is easily dressed round the outlets and the up stands and once it has cured it will never come apart.
